Returns & Shipping

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange the size or style if it’s within 10 business days of receipt or if you wish to return the item, we will give you store credit valid for 90 days. All items must have tags and liners in place. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If exchanges are for a different style, your exchange credit will be applied towards the price of the new style, if the price is lower, the difference will be refunded to your account. All custom made suits are non refundable. Custom made suits are not eligible for return or exchange. All exchanges must be approved by contacting Vizcaya Swimwear via email at info@vizcayaswimwear.com before returning any items.

All packages for exchange must be shipped via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation to ensure we receive your package. Any orders received without any means of tracking will be considered unauthorized. We will not exchange the item if we can not verify receipt of the return. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of merchandise are at the expense of the customer. If items are returned for a refund, shipping charges will not be refunded.

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS RETURNED MORE THAN 10 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE.

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

If orders are received before 12:00PM EST they will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day. Standard processing may take up to 1 business day.

 

Domestic Delivery

  • Standard Delivery - $4 per order. Average delivery time 3-5 business days for US Continental. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico up to 15 days.
  • Express Delivery - $7 per order. Average delivery time 1-3 business days.
  • Overnight Delivery - $24 per order.

 

International Delivery

  • First Class International - $18 per order. Average delivery time 6-11 business days. Does not include tracking. Vizcaya Swimwear is not responsible for lost packages. You will receive a copy displaying your bikini was shipped but due to differences in package handling in various countries we cannot intercede.
  • Express Mail International - $48 per order. Average delivery time 3-6 business days. Includes tracking and guarantee.

Note: Shipping cost for each order is for one bikini. Not all countries offer Express Mail International.
